 Where is my order?

You can track your order here by inputting your order number and email address.

You should have received a tracking number via the email used to place your order. You may also use your order number to track your order.

 

Based on the excessive discount these products take a longer time to process and arrive to you.

 

I have NOT received my order and I want a refund

Please allow up to 3 weeks to receive your order. Based on the excessive discount these products are back ordered. If you no longer want your product and want to cancel your order please email store@shopskyler.com with your full name, email and order number. We will issue you a full refund and cancel your order.

 

 I HAVE received my order and want a refund

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused in brand new condition as you received it. Not damaged. It must also be in the original packaging. 

You must take a photo of the product in unused condition in original packaging along with your return postal tracking number and email it to store@shopskyler.com including your order number.

You will then be issued a store credit within 3-5 business days. The store credit will be issued to the email address attached to your original order. Look out for it there.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

I just placed an order and want to cancel it 

Your order is in processing immediately after you place it, which is already being packed to ship out. You will receive the tracking number within 3 business days via the email you placed your order with.

The way to receive a refund on an order is to return the product following the instructions above under "I HAVE received my order and want a refund".

 

I just placed an order and inputed the wrong address

You will need to go to the product page on our website and re-purchase the order with the correct address. Once you've done this please reach out to store@shopskyler.com with your new order number as well as the original order number with the wrong address. We will refund your original order only if you've contacted us within 24 hours of your original purchase.
